CLASS DESCRIPTION

Les Mills SPRINT® is a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.The 30 minutes you put into a Les Mills SPRINT® workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

Born from the sport of cycle sprinting, Les Mills SPRINT® is a 30-minute workout with intensity.

VIRTUAL CLASSES


Classes with a yellow play icon indicate they are a Les Mills Virtual class held in the Group Fitness or Cycle Studios. All classes that have this icon and ''45'' indicate a 45min class vs. a full 55min class.

What if I am new to the program and need help?

Our Fitness Instructors can help you set up and give you any additional information you will need to know at the beginning of the class.

Do I need to book in for virtual classes?

Only for the classes in the cycle studio. For the classes in the main studio, simply find a virtual class you like on the timetable and turn up!



• Comfortable workout clothes. Cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable, but they’re not essential
• Gym shoes. We recommend cycling shoes, but check with your instructor if you need more specific help
• Drink bottle
• Towel. You’re going to get sweaty!

You have the ability to control the intensity of the workout, which means riders of all capabilities can work out together. The more you ride, the fitter you’ll become.
