Mobilise is 45 minutes long consisting of a warm up, low impact stationed exercises including upper and lower body strength, core stability and aerobic capacity development.
The programme concludes with balance training and some relaxing stretches. This class is tailored to those who are looking to increase or maintain total body strength of daily living or those returning to exercises.
