Pilates Sculpt is a 60 minutes interval training class incorporating Pilates, Yoga, and Barre movements. This is a moderate to high intensity workout that is suitable for all levels, with or without the addition of bands and weights. Each class focuses on isolated movements to feel the heat fast and for as long as possible, while incorporating Pilates breathing to promote deep mind, body and core connection. All exercises can be on or off the beat of the music, depending on the workout you’re looking for on the day - and will be guided by the instructor from start to finish.
